Radio Happenings, Shows and More - August Newsletter
Hello all! I hope this email finds you well! It finds me grateful, as Blossom in the Sun continues its journey through world. Some very nice things have happened, and I am humbled and thankful. Paul Hitchcock, host of Muddy Bottom Blues on WMKY in Kentucky, programmed a whole hour long show around my music, playing selections from all three of my solo albums at the end of July. I heard from people near and far who tuned in, which was a lot of fun. It's also fun for me to be on the Top 30 most played albums on WERU in Maine this week, as that station has a cool history. Noel "Paul" Stookey of Peter, Paul, and Mary is one of the founders of that station, and it has a very thoughtful mission, vision, and values. I have also pre-recorded a radio interview for a program called Song of the Soul . It is a syndicated program and I'm yet sure exactly when it will air. But I will keep you posted.
