Farmers Markets this month - September Newsletter
Summer has come and gone - wow! I hope you all had a very enjoyable summer, and are looking forward to this change in seasons (and if you live where the leaves change, I hope you are looking forward to all the bright, beautiful fall colors). I have a couple of outdoor farmers market shows this month, and I love being out in the cool, crisp fall weather. Info is below, and check out my website for a preview of future shows. It has been so nice to see so many of you out at shows this summer - thank you for attending!
I had a lovely vacation at the end of August, and am now slowly getting back into productivity mode. Finishing my album is on the top of the priority list, and I am hoping to have it done by the end of the year, in time for an early 2022 release. This has been a long labor of love in so many ways, but as we move closer and closer to the end of the process the more excited I get.
I can't say it enough, but thank you so much for your interest and support. As I said above, it has been so nice to connect in person with so many of you at shows this summer. And to hear from others of you by email or on social media. I missed you all so much! I truly appreciate you taking the time to support me and live music in general.
:) Kirsten

Good Stuff
I thought I'd keep the good stuff section a little bit local to me this month. I will be in downtown Lynn, MA for the farmers market in a few days, and I always love seeing the murals that were created a few years ago as part of the Beyond Walls Mural Festival. They are by artists both local and from all over the world, and are all in walking distance from each other. They are very worth checking out - see this article from when they were first created for photos and more information.
As for new music I have discovered, one Sunday my brother-in-law suggested Tim and I meet him and my mother-in-law at the Red Apple Farm. The musical entertainment was by a New Hampshire duo called Green Heron. I thought they were excellent, and thoroughly enjoyed their show. Look them up if you have a chance.
