   Buttermilk Falls, Ithaca, NY Hello all! What's up, everyone? It's nice to be in your inbox again. I took a couple of months off from sending a newsletter. I was trying to give myself some down time in a few different ways. I'm not sure it totally worked - life always seems to throw us some surprises, doesn't it? But Tim and I did get away in May to the Finger Lakes region of New York, which is where the photo above was taken. But I've got some fun shows with Dave lined up for the summer, and two of them are this month. That information is below. Those of you who have been reading this newsletter for awhile know how much I love playing outdoor gigs, so I am really looking forward to my summer gigs. They were a blast. Just a lot of fun and a lot of laughter. It's nice to connect with people that way. This Friday I will be performing a show with Mark Bishop Evans at the North Reading Community Coffee House. This is a great listening space, and I look forward to being able to play a bunch of my songs - some newer and some I haven't played in awhile! Mark has moved to Arizona, and is back in the Northeast for a short tour; it will be nice to hear his originals again. And we have Mary Ann McAllister as a special guest opener.   Hi all, Happy Spring! My jonquils (pictured above) have started to bloom. Spring is definitely arriving. We have had so much rain here. I know it will mean things will be green and pink and purple and pretty, but I have definitely been craving the sun, so I am glad it is sunny where I am today. I have some super fun shows that I am excited to tell you about. This coming week I will again be opening for Jimmy Tingle - this time on Sunday afternoon in Wakefield, MA.   Hello everyone, It is nice to be connecting with you again. As I write this my husband is rehearsing with some band members in the other room, which not only is a lovely background sound for creating this newsletter, but is a reminder of all the ways in which music connects us with other people. Music connected he and I, and now I am connected to the wonderful musicians he plays with. I'm grateful that my music and creative endeavors has led me to connect with all of you - and some of you I would never even know if it weren't for music! I mentioned in my last newsletter that I was going to slow down for the winter, and I pretty much have. I've been reading and journaling and meditating and working around the house - and even writing. I have a new song pretty much completed, and that's a good feeling.   Hi everyone, This will be a short and sweet newsletter! I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday season. I just have one show in early January, and another in late February (info about both is below) and unless something else comes up, that will be it for the winter. I plan to take some time to write and work on other creative ideas, as well as tend to some house projects. Hopefully the seeds that I plant this winter will bloom in some fun ways in the spring and summer. :) May you all have just the kind of winter you would like! Mostly I want to say thank you for all your interest and support this past year. I had lovely shows of all kinds - house concerts, coffee houses, opening sets for Jimmy Tingle, farmers markets, fairs and more.   Hello all, Thank you and welcome to the new folks on this list. I appreciate your interest and support! There are just three more shows on my schedule for 2023, and I am really looking forward to all three. This Sunday, Nov. 12, I will be the Methuen Music Hall with Susan Levine and Grace Morrison . On Sunday, Nov. 19 Jackie Damsky and I will perform at Lakeview House Concerts in Sharon, MA. And on December 9 I will once again host the Linden Tree Coffee House's Winter Potpourri.
